We are pleased to announce that Robert Crawford, founder of Brook Furniture Rental has received the Chicagoland Chamber PAC Advocacy Champion Award for outstanding leadership in promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship in the Chicago area. The Chicagoland Chamber PAC Advocacy Champion Award is given annually to an outstanding advocate for the Chicagoland business community.

A true entrepreneur, Mr. Crawford started Brook Furniture Rental with a small loan and grew it into a national company with over 500 employees. He has advocated on behalf of entrepreneurs just like himself, and is dedicated to the advancement of ensuring that all businesses can thrive and succeed.

Mr. Crawford was the past chairman of the board for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and past chairman of the International Furniture Rental Association.

On receiving the award, Mr. Crawford said, ” I am honored to receive this award, but this award is really for all of you entrepreneurs in this room who continue to support growth for small business owners in our wonderful city.”
