CHPA’s mission is to help its members succeed, achieved through honest conversations and insightful forums in which industry leaders help facilitate ideas for growth, collaboration, and unity. Brook recommends all its industry partners join CHPA and become more involved. The impact of CHPA is routinely part of our conversations with customers because of its role in building a cohesive community where everyone does better, together.

Who Can Benefit from a CHPA Membership?

There are three types of CHPA memberships to serve various organizations, including:

Providers: These are direct providers of corporate housing who offer and manage residential-style housing.

Agencies: These are partners with providers who offer access to housing either through an online platform or referral basis.

Associate Partners: These are companies, like Brook, that offer goods and services to organizations providing corporate housing and accommodations.

Dues range from $1,000 to $7,000 for providers and agencies, depending on your company’s revenue profile. Associate partner dues are $1,050, regardless of revenue, making it an affordable association to join.
